On February 27, at 15:00, you are invited to an online event that will be held within the framework of
the National Science Library project – “Infrastructure Development and Integration”.

Event title: Embedding repositories in your research workflows

Event description: This session will explore the role of the national repository as a key discovery
platform for research and a central hub for the broad dissemination of research. We will show how
repositories enable access to research outputs and improve their visibility to local and global audiences.
The session will also demonstrate how repositories help researchers keep track of their results, ensure
compliance with institutional and funding requirements, and support open-access practices.

Event Speaker: The event will be hosted by Milisa Ševkušić, an invited expert within the project – Senior
Librarian of the Serbian Academy of Sciences, member of the repository development team at the
University of Belgrade Computer Centre, and EIFL Open Access Coordinator in Serbia.

The working language of the event is English. After the event, each participant will be sent presentation
slides in Georgian language.

ღონისძიების აღწერა: ღონისძიება შეეხება რეპოზიტორიუმის, როგორც კვლევის
შედეგების აღმოჩენისა და გავრცელების ძირითად ჰაბს. გაიგებთ, როგორ
ეხმარება რეპოზიტორიუმი მკვლევრებს კვლევის შედეგებზე წვდომასა და
ხილვადობის გაუმჯობესებაში როგორც ადგილობრივ, ასევე საერთაშორისო
დონეზე. ასევე, ნაჩვენები იქნება, თუ როგორ ეხმარება რეპოზიტორიუმი
მკვლევრებს თვალყური ადევნონ თავიანთ შედეგებს, უზრუნველყონ
ინსტიტუციურ და დაფინანსების მოთხოვნებთან შესაბამისობა და ღია წვდომის
პრაქტიკების მხარდაჭერა.

ექსპერტად მოწვეული მილისა შევკუშიჩი – სერბეთის მეცნიერებათა აკადემიის
მთავარი ბიბლიოთეკარი, ბელგრადის უნივერსიტეტის კომპიუტერული ცენტრის
რეპოზიტორიუმის განვითარების გუნდის წევრი და ორგანიზაციის EIFL ღია
წვდომის კოორდინატორი.
